iamnotshane Asks Santa for a Soulmate on New Retro-Sounding Christmas Single "Santa, Bring Me a Soulmate"

Los Angeles, California Nov 1, 2026 (Issuewire.com) - The LA singer-songwriter behind "Maybe My Soulmate Died" returns with a holiday song for single people, written and produced with William Leong (Emotional Oranges, Taeyon, Celine Wanyi). Out November 1, 2026 on all major streaming platforms.

This holiday season, Los Angeles singer-songwriter iamnotshane has one item on his wish list. His new Christmas single, "Santa, Bring Me a Soulmate," arrives November 1, 2026 on all major streaming platforms via Chasing The Wind Music: a retro-inspired Christmas pop song for anyone flying solo this holiday season. With 46% of U.S. adults single, according to the Census Bureau, Santa's going to need a bigger sleigh.

"Santa, bring me a soulmate, I hate going out, talking to strangers or leaving the house - is exactly how I feel right now! So I made a retro-sounding Christmas song asking Santa for precisely that. This one's for every single person who feels the same way!" - iamnotshane

The track is a holiday follow-up and nod to "Maybe My Soulmate Died," which has earned more than 130 million Spotify streams. At a quick 1:51, it's a sweet, singalong wish for anyone who's ever felt alone at the holidays: "I have the whole world / And no one to hold / Bring me the future / Wrap it in a bow."

The single continues iamnotshane's run of seasonal songs. His Halloween song "It's Halloween!" has passed 830,000 streams and 4.8 million TikTok views across more than 1,600 videos, and "Halloween Party," a retro sing-along where every iconic horror character joins in on the fun, is out now from the same producers. Lyric videos for "Santa, Bring Me a Soulmate" are coming soon to his new holiday accounts on Instagram (@seasons.st) and TikTok (@seasons.street) and will be cross promoted on his own accounts, @iamnotshane on Instagram and @iamnotshaneofficial on TikTok.
